Founded in 2025, Hockinson Select was born from a shared commitment among local coaches, families, and community members to create meaningful opportunities for our young athletes—right here in our hometown.

For years, Hockinson baseball players have had to travel outside our community just to find competitive play during the summer months. That meant long drives, unfamiliar teams, and limited opportunities to build local pride through the game we love. Hockinson Select was created to change that. Our mission is clear: bring the competition home and elevate the game within our own backyard.

At Hockinson Select, we believe in more than just playing ball—we believe in building something bigger. Our program is designed to help athletes grow together, both on and off the field. We emphasize individual skill development, yes—but just as importantly, we focus on building team chemistry, leadership, and a strong sense of sportsmanship. When players train, learn, and compete side by side, they not only become better athletes—they become better teammates, leaders, and people.

We are proud to offer a competitive baseball experience that reflects the values of Hockinson: hard work, accountability, dedication, and community. Through structured training, consistent coaching, and high-level competition, our athletes learn to challenge themselves and support each other. They push to reach their potential—and in doing so, raise the bar for everyone around them.

Hockinson Select is more than a summer team—it’s a long-term investment in our youth and in the future of baseball in our town. We are building a sustainable program that gives kids the opportunity to grow year after year, stay connected to their roots, and represent Hockinson with pride. Whether they go on to play in high school, college, or beyond, they’ll carry with them the lessons learned here and the bonds formed through this program.
